J&P pledges to provide quality services of the highest professional standards; this being driven by J&P's own in-house philosophy of total quality management at all levels of operation. Towards this end, J&P is currently working towards achieving the ISO 9002 Quality Standards with Britsh Standards Institution Pacific Limited (a subsidiary of British Standards Institution) as the Certification Authority.
